WHAT ON-SITE FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?

Gunung Mutiara Adventure Park headquarter comes with a dining area, shower facility and a small surau. We do get some network coverage from our local telecommunication provider and we highly recommend our guest to bring their own power bank to charge their personal devices.

Do not leave personal belongings unattended. Guest are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Management of Gunung Mutiara Adventure Park shall not be held responsible for missing or damaged occuring to their personal belongings.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SANTAI RIDE AND SEMI-EXTREME RIDE?

Santai Ride is perfect for those who has small children yet still want to experience the thrill of riding an ATV. The route is also suitable to those who want to enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery which Temburong forest has to offer.

 

Semi-Extreme Ride gets everyone to go through bumpy trails, getting dirty through muddy path, traverse slopes, down hill and revving up the ATV bike to climb back up to the hill. Create memorable moments with your friends and family!

DOES THE ATV RIDE INCLUDE MEAL?

Yes! Each ATV Ride comes with a meal prepared after the ATV Ride. We also offer add on packages such as including Udang Galah to the menu or have light refreshment prepared before and after the ATV Ride . Please get in touch with us via WhatsApp to upgrade your meal package.

It is the responsibility of the guests to advise any food allergy. If not specified by guests, meal shall be served what Gunung Mutiara Adventure Park has prepared.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?

At the moment, we only accept cash upon arrival. We may also accept Bank Transfer via BIBD. Kindly contact our hotline phone (+673 874 6442) via WhatsApp to get our bank details.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE A BOOKING?

Once you have booked a session, our team will contact you via WhatsApp for confirmation and sharing of GPS location. On the day of your booked session, kindly arrive on time to avoid disappointment. We appreciate if you can update us on your whereabout if you are running late.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY?

Plans change, we understand that. In the event you are unable to attend your booked session and you wish to either cancel or reschedule, kindly contact our hotline phone (+673 874 6442) 4 days prior to your booked session. Our team will gladly assist you as best as we can!
